Product Description
MEGLUPAR-Advance Bolus is a powerful 4-in-1, anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antipyretic and anti-allergic formulation specially designed for cattle, buffalo, sheep and goats.
It is a potent nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) formulated to address severe pain, fever, and inflammation in animals.
Composition per Bolus (Standard Advance Formula):
Flunixin Meglumine – 2000 mg – Primary NSAID component b933
Serratiopeptidase – 120 mg – Proteolytic enzyme b933
Cetirizine HCl – 100 mg – Anti-allergic b933
Magnesium Trisilicate – 100 mg – Antacid base
Note: Some batches are 1000mg / 60mg / 60mg – both are Advance formulas.
Flunixin Meglumine: Provides fast relief from pain, fever, and inflammation. It is a potent non-narcotic analgesic with strong anti-inflammatory & antipyretic activity.
Serratiopeptidase: Helps reduce tissue swelling and promotes quick healing. It enhances the anti-inflammatory action, aiding in tissue healing and reducing swelling and clears biofilms for better antibiotic penetration.
Cetirizine HCl: Controls allergic reactions and respiratory distress. Acts as an antihistamine to alleviate allergic reactions.
Magnesium Trisilicate: Protects the gastric mucosa and prevents acidity. Provides antacid properties, aiding in gastrointestinal comfort.
Where to Use
Effective relief for severe inflammation associated with mastitis, musculoskeletal disorders, skin wounds, pneumonia, and MMA (Metritis, Mastitis, Agalactiae).
Udder: Acute mastitis, udder fibrosis, udder edema, hard udder
Pain & Fever: High fever, inflammatory pain, lameness, footrot, joint swelling
Respiratory: Pneumonia and respiratory distress, BRD with fever
Skin & Wound: Open wounds, skin lesions, post-FMD / Lumpy Skin Disease (LSD) swelling
Other: Laminitis, chronic infections, post-surgical pain and edema
Also indicated for pain, fever, and inflammation management, relief from udder fibrosis and edema, and for pneumonia 8670

Dosage
For Veterinary Use Only – Rx
Administer one bolus daily for 5-7 days to effectively manage severe pain, fever, and inflammation in animals. b933
Practical field dose:
Large Animal (Cattle/Buffalo): 1 bolus twice daily or 1 bolus daily for 3-5 days
Small Animal (Sheep/Goat): 1/2 bolus daily
Give after consulting Veterinarian. Do not give other NSAIDs within 24 hrs.
